What is this copywriting blog about
The main goal of this blog is to convey knowledge on how to create compelling copy and manage mass audience to solve a wide range of tasks. Generally for marketing and sales purposes. That is why I focus on six main areas.
- Copywriting basics. For example, AIDA model, 4U formula, ads structure, features, benefits and other things.
- Triggers. These are the methods of influence and trust invoking in copies and sales. Sometimes it is called manipulation tricks, but we’ll just call it triggers.
- Wireframes and mockups for websites, landing pages, one pages and other tools. We’ll create it with special programs and services.
- Content marketing and web writing. That’s all about how to attract audience and build long term relationships with it through the useful content.
- Strategies, posts and ads for social networks. It is also known as SMM copywriting.
- Other sales techniques and tools: business proposals, sales scripts, presentations, etc.
That’s the core topics of this blog. Sometimes I can add something from adjacent spheres, for example, contextual advertising, SEO or usability. But, in general we’ll focus on effective mass communications through the text. And common sense, of course.
Practical copywriting tasks for training
Most of materials I supplement with practical examples and tasks for self-examination. Primarily, for more effective assimilation of knowledge and development of the necessary skills. This is the way you can practice to apply the tricks and estimate the result.
